This section explains how we ship and deliver the products you have ordered from us.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We don’t like waiting and we don’t expect our customers to wait either. That’s why we’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible and it’s why we state the maximum expected delivery time on each product page.
For all standard products, we aim to complete delivery to most onshore locations in Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, within 5 working days – and frequently sooner. Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, other offshore locations and remote onshore areas in Great Britain and Ireland will take a little longer.
Delivery times for made to order and specialist products will be longer.
How much will I pay for delivery?
Delivery on most items to most onshore locations in Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland is included in the cost of the product.
A delivery charge may be applicable for deliveries to some parts of Scotland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other offshore locations. This varies by product manufacturer and product type and is highlighted on each product page.
We will never add a delivery charge to any order without your agreement.
Can I save money and collect my order from you?
Yes, by prior arrangement, you can collect arrage to collect your order from our warehouse, just outside Stratford-upon-Avon. Just call us in the UK on 01789 632 151 and in Ireland on 01 5268 642 in advance to confirm we have the product you require in-stock. Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm stock availability before traveling to collect you order.
What if my order isn’t delivered on schedule?

What if my order is delayed?
We do our very best to get your order to you as promised. However, occasionally problems do arise. When this happens, it’s almost always due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion, cancelled sailings etc. We’ll do out very best to keep you updated in the event of any delays to your order. But we do recommend you do not make arrangements for the installation of any product until it has been delivered to you. Regretfully, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to a late delivery.
What if my order is damaged or incomplete when it arrives?

Do I need to sign for my delivery or be present when my order is delivered?
This varies by manufacturer, haulier and by product type. In general, you do not need to be present for the delivery of smaller items which do not require a signature i.e. items which will fit through a standard letterbox. For larger items and all storage tanks, you will need to be present and a signature will be required.
How will my order be delivered?
Smaller products will generally be delivered by First Class Mail using either Royal Mail in the UK or An Post in the Republic of Ireland. Larger products and almost all tanks will be delivered by carrier, on vehicles up to 40’ long. If access to your premises is restricted in any way, it’s important you let us know when placing your order so we can make alternative arrangements.
Whose responsibility is it to offload tanks and larger products from delivery vehicles?
We endeavour to deliver all orders of storage tanks with a capacity of 2,500 litres or less using vehicles equipped with a tail lift. Thereafter, it is your responsibility to transfer your order from the tail lift to your premises. Regretfully, we are unable to provide tail lift deliveries for tanks with a capacity greater than 2,500 litres. It is therefore your responsibility to offload the product from the delivery vehicle and safely transfer it to your premises.
My delivery driver has informed me they are abandoning the delivery on safety grounds.
All our drivers are trained and instructed to prioritise their safety and the safety of others. As professionals, we trust their judgement. If in their opinion it is unsafe to proceed with a delivery, we will contact you and arrange to have your order redelivered.
Who will deliver my order?
We use different delivery companies dependent upon where you live and the product(s) you have ordered. Smaller products will generally be delivered by your postal service e.g. Royal Mail in the UK and An Post in the Republic of Ireland. Larger orders will be fulfilled either via a carrier who collects from our West Midlands Distribution Centre or directly from the product manufacturer – dependent upon the product(s) you have ordered and where you live.
Will my order be sent as a single delivery?
This varies according to the products you have ordered. All shipments are accompanied by a Delivery Note which details each item shipped.
I missed my delivery. What happens now?

What days and times do you deliver?
We deliver weekdays from 8am to 6pm. We do not deliver during Public Holidays or Bank Holidays. Separate arrangements apply during Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays.
Are there any addresses you cannot deliver to?
We are unable to deliver to addresses without either a valid Post Code (UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man) or a valid Eir Code (Republic of Ireland). Additionally, we cannot deliver to the following addresses:
British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses;
I wish to complain about a delivery. What should I do?
We do our best to deliver your order promptly and in good condition. But sometimes, things can and do go wrong. When this happens, we aim to put things right as quickly as possible and learn how we can make things better.
