Covid-19 Pandemic Update
In these difficult times, our sole priority is to protect the health and welfare of our staff, suppliers, customers and friends. Consistent with new regulations unveiled yesterday by HM Government in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have implemented a series of measures to protect everyone in our business.
At present, we continue to receive and to process orders online via our website, our Facebook Shop and by ‘phone. However, and consistent with HM Government guidelines:
- We are following social distancing guidelines in full. Where practicable, our staff are working from home. You can however continue to call us in the UK on 01789 632 151, in the Republic of Ireland on 01 526 8642 and e-mail email@example.com
- Our Social Media and Website Support Teams are now working from home. Why not stop by and catch up with them on Facebook or Twitter?
- We are temporarily suspending the collection of products by customers from our Midlands Distribution Centre until further notice.
We maintain a limited stockholding at our Distribution Centre. Additionally, we can draw upon manufacturer’s stockholdings in the UK and in the Republic of Ireland. Whilst every effort will be made to continue to deliver products within stated delivery times, given current uncertainties, this may not always be possible.
We recognise this is not only an unprecedented situation, but a developing one. We will update customers in the event of any changes on our website and via social media. Our primary thoughts at this time are with our customers at present – especially those working in our NHS and in other key roles – upon whom we all depend. We hope everyone stays well and stays safe.
